In the first hour from opening this Saturday, anyone who buys Phone (3a) Lite will get a free Ear (open). We’re also handing out scratch cards for a chance to win Phone (3a) Lite, plus Nothing merch. There’s coffee on us, too.
This competition is bound by the general Nothing Contest Terms & Conditions (nothing.tech/pages/nothing-contest-terms-conditions (http://nothing.tech/pages/nothing-contest-terms-conditions)), which terms are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, the general Nothing Contest Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Organiser: This competition is run by Nothing Technology Limited (“Nothing”) of Bedford House, 21A John Street, London, WC1N 2BF, United Kingdom.
Entrants (as defined below) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation. Open to citizens residing in the United Kingdom. The Organiser’s staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
The entry period begins at 11:00am on 1 November 2025 and will conclude at 6:00pm on 1 November 2025 (GMT) or if earlier, when all scratch cards have been distributed. Claims made after this time and date will not be valid.
Customers who join the queue outside the Organiser’s retail store at 4 Peter Street, Soho, London, W1F 0AD (the “Soho Store”) from 11:00am on 1 November 2025 (or any time throughout the day until 5:59pm (BST)) (the “Entry Period”) may receive one (1) scratch card each for a chance to win the Prize (while scratch card supplies last) (“Entrants”). This competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. The Organizer reserves the right to distribute the scratch cards as it sees fit, in its sole discretion.
One (1) Entrant will win the main prize and will be entitled to receive one (1) Nothing Phone (3a) Lite (the “Main Prize”), while stocks last. For the avoidance of doubt, winning Entrant may only redeem the Main Prize once, in one colour and specification of their choice and it must be collected before 6:00pm on 1 November 2025. Up to 99 Entrants may win the runner up prizes which will be an item of Nothing-branded merchandise (such as a sticker pack, an apparel cap or other similar merchandise item) which corresponds with their scratch card (the “Merch Prize”), while stocks last. The Main Prize and the Merch Prize are together referred to as the “Prize(s)”. Prizes must be redeemed in person, at the Soho Store. Prizes are not transferable to any other person other than the named Winners (as defined below). Prizes are not redeemable for cash or any monetary value. Prizes can not be swapped. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
There will be one (1) scratch card which is entitled to win the Main Prize. One (1) Entrant who possesses the winning scratch card will be the Main Prize winner (the “Product Winner”). There will be up to 99 Merch Prize winning scratch cards (the “Merch Prize Winner(s)”). The Product Winners and the Merch Prize Winners are together referred to as the “Winner(s)”. Scratch cards that are damaged or altered are void.
Winners must give their winning scratch card to a member of the Organiser’s team to redeem their Prize. To redeem the Main Prize, Product Winners will need to provide their contact details (e.g. full name, address, contact number and email address) for further processing. The Product Winners will receive an email confirmation with details of the Main Prize and the redemption process (redemption of the Main Prize will require that the Product Winner possesses and presents a valid ID). Merch Prize Winners will receive their Merch Prize in-store during the Claim Period (as defined below). The scratch cards are redeemable between 11:00am on 1 November 2025 and 5:59pm 1 November 2025 (the “Claim Period”).
Winners must present their winning scratch cards to a member of the Organiser’s team between 11:00am and 5:59pm on 1 November 2025 to claim their Prize. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize. The Organiser is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any Prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or any monetary equivalent, and Winners are not able to claim product warranty or customer support on won Prizes.
Nothing reserves the right to modify the competition, its terms and conditions, and entry requirements at any time.
